We sell to the UK mainland only at this time.  We offer a Flat Rate post of £3.50 per order, with FREEPOST on orders of £10 or more.  All of our parcels are Fully Tracked  to guarantee the safe delivery of your order, and just in case your parcel doesn't fit through your letterbox, we offer a Click or Collect service or ask you to nominate a safe place for home deliveries

Why Top Dolly?  Dolly was a Cockney Sparrow with a bleached blonde beehive, who dressed in the style of the post war, post austerity Britain of the1950s with her pencil skirts, kitten heels, feminine & glamourous with a passion for make up.  Dolly introduced me to make up when I was a little girl - a black Maybelline block mascara in her make up bag that looked like it was made back in the day too!  To me she was a vision of what a woman could be, what I could be when I grew up, so to me she was at the top of my favourite role models, my influencer and hence:
