Hello!! Welcome to Top Dolly Cosmetics

To those of you who know us on social media and other well known online market places, as Beauty & Blooms (by Roxie Daisy), welcome to our new sister site Top Dolly Cosmetics.  We are brand new and after the nightmare we have had with our former Website provider having some bug on their system, we have been without an online store since June this year.  6 months of nothing, until we found #Freewebstore.com.  I tried other popular online store providers, but they were too difficult for me to use as not terribly techy, but this one .. I can use!  Beauty & Blooms and our gorgeous flowers will therefore be back in the new year, but for now we are working with Top Dolly solely for make up ... Our plan with our former provider was to launch Top Dolly in the autumn, but without our main website, and some bug on their system, we couldn't launch another site with them, so it's been a challenging year in this regard.  BUT the long summer (and autumn) of our discontent is over and now we are in the process of launching our joyful cosmetic content.  I will keep you posted on our progress, join our journey into making beauty personal, and moving from the ordinary into the extra ordinary ( well, I had to come up with some tag line!)
