Any order placed with Top Dolly is deemed to be under agreement with the Terms and Conditions laid out in this policy, which means that both Top Dolly and the customer are legally obligated to abide by the terms of the contract
Top Dolly complies with the essential UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.which works hand-in-hand with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide extra distance-selling protections, which include 14 days to cancel your order from the day after your parcel is delivered
Top Dolly Cosmetics require, a consumer to be at least 16 years of age to purchase products from our store. Top Dolly reserves the right to cancel any order placed from anyone that we deem to be under this age.
1.Pricing & Payment:
Payment includes VAT. Payments are processed via the customers choice of third party payment gateways offered which gives a variety of options on how they would choose to make a payment.
We do not have access to your credit card or other payment details as we use third party payment providers. Any issues with payment will require you to contact your bank or other third party payment provider chosen.
You agree that the details you provide to Top Dolly for the purpose of purchasing goods are correct, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Top Dolly as soon as possible.
