Your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, and often on the same day if purchased before 11 am.  We use either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your parcel:  which is expected to be delivered within 2-3 days

We offer other paid postal services for first class delivery and a further 'one day' delivery option, for which orders need to be received by 11 am. 

All delivery times are 'expected' and not 'guaranteed' 

Dispatch Time ~ Same day for orders received before 11am. Otherwise next working day.

We reserve the right to choose which courier is best suited to deliver your parcel and mostly we use: Royal Mail and Evri depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Many items are posted through the letterbox, but many parcels are or become too large for this, depending on the size of the order.  We ask when you place an order if you would wish for these to be delivered via Click & Collect or if a home delivery is preferred. 

For any item that fails to be collected from either a Click & Collect or Sorting Office,  the parcel will be returned to us by the courier and we, on receipt will refund the cost of the item to you, minus the original postage as we fullfilled our contract to you by safe delivery.

WHEN DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS
We dispatch many of our orders on the same day if reeived before 11am.

You will receive email notification when we have posted your order. 

Cancellation or Cooling Off Period: 

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day after your parcel is delivered.

Please email us in the first instance to inform us of your intention to cancel all or part of your order.  If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund immediately all monies related to the product(s) you wish to cancel.

DO YOU EXCLUDE ANY UK POSTAL AREAS?
We no longer post to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,Channel Islands or Isle of White.

Certain postal delivery services either do not deliver in some locations within the UK, or if they do they charge increased postage, therefore we post within Mainland UK and reserve the right to cancel any order received that is beyond our service remit or to offer you the opportunity to pay the increased postal charge.
